Our promise
Qualifico exists to help professionals learn efficiently and progress confidently. We take quality seriously — because education content can influence real exam outcomes. This policy explains how we create, review, update and correct content across the Qualifico app and website.
What we publish
We publish learning material including:
lessons, flashcards and revision prompts
practice questions and mock exams
explanations and study guidance
coaching insights based on learning performance data
research articles and comparisons (e.g. ACCA vs CIMA)
How content is created
Content is created using a blend of:
syllabus mapping and structured learning design
domain knowledge and educational best practice
AI-assisted drafting where appropriate (to improve speed and personalisation)
human curation to keep content aligned, useful and readable
Review and quality checks
Before content is published or materially updated, we aim to run checks such as:
Relevance: aligned to the qualification and topic intended
Clarity: understandable for the target learner level
Consistency: terminology and approach match our style
Accuracy: spot-checking against reputable sources and syllabus requirements
Safety: avoiding misleading or inappropriate outputs
Expert review programme
We are building an expert review programme. Where content has been reviewed by an external subject matter expert, we will label this clearly in the app and on the qualification page on our website.
Syllabus awareness and updates
Professional exams evolve. We monitor:
syllabus updates where available
published changes and guidance where available
user reports of outdated or unclear content
We date-stamp major updates on key pages and aim to keep content current.
Corrections policy
If we find an error, we aim to:
correct it promptly
update the content version/date where appropriate
record the change internally so we don’t reintroduce it
You can report issues via the app (Profile → Feedback) or by emailing info@qualifico.app.
Independence and conflicts of interest
We aim to write content in the learner’s best interests.
If we publish comparisons, we try to use fair, factual criteria and avoid misleading claims.
If we ever publish sponsored content or partner material, it will be labelled clearly.
Feedback and improvements
We welcome feedback and suggestions for:
qualifications to add
features to build
content gaps or unclear explanations

AI in Qualifico
The short version
We use AI to make learning more personalised and responsive – but we don’t want “AI slop”. Our goal is to combine AI speed with strong quality controls.
Where AI helps in Qualifico
AI may be used to support features such as:
Explanations and breakdowns (e.g. “why is this answer correct?”)
Coaching summaries (weekly insight reports based on your performance)
Study guidance (suggesting what to focus on next)
Search and navigation (helping you find relevant topics faster)
Where AI is not a replacement
AI is not a substitute for:
official syllabus documents and exam-provider rules
professional advice (legal, financial, medical, HR)
your judgement and exam technique practice
We encourage learners to verify anything critical against official materials where appropriate.
Quality and safety controls
We aim to reduce errors and keep outputs helpful by using controls such as:
structured prompts and guardrails
relevance checks (qualification, topic, context)
user feedback and reporting flows
continuous improvement as we learn what works for learners
Your data and AI
To deliver features like weekly reports and personalised tuition, we may send pseudonymous information to AI providers (for example, an internal user identifier and learning interactions).
We aim not to send direct identifiers (such as your email address) to AI providers as part of these features.
We may also use aggregated or de-identified usage statistics to understand how the product performs and to improve features over time.
Report an issue
If you spot something wrong or misleading, you can report it via:
in-app: Profile → Feedback
email: info@qualifico.app
