How it works
1. Prepare
Complete at least 80% of the available Qualifico subtopics for your exam and at least three qualifying scored practice or exam sessions.
2. Get on track
Reach a Qualifico Predicted Score above the applicable published pass mark or Qualifico Target Score before you sit your exam.
3. Sit your exam
Take the eligible official exam while your paid individual subscription and Pass Promise requirements are in place.
4. Didn’t pass?
Email us your official result. If your claim is eligible, we’ll give you three months of complimentary Qualifico access for the same qualification.
What you need to qualify
Before sitting your exam, you must:
- hold an eligible paid individual Qualifico subscription while completing the qualifying study and when you sit the exam;
- select the relevant exam and record your intended exam date in Qualifico;
- complete at least 80% of the available Qualifico subtopics for that exam;
- complete at least three qualifying scored practice or exam sessions;
- have a Qualifico Predicted Score above the applicable published pass mark or Qualifico Target Score; and
- where the exam has more than one material assessment format, complete qualifying scored work across the formats that Qualifico supports.
You must then sit the relevant official exam and receive an unsuccessful official result.
Our Pass Promise is available only for supported exams where Qualifico can measure these requirements and apply a suitable pass mark or Qualifico Target Score.
How to claim
Email info@qualifico.app within 60 days of receiving your official result.
Tell us:
- the email address linked to your Qualifico account;
- the exam you sat and the sitting date; and
- your official result, as a screenshot or document.
The evidence needs to show enough to identify you, the exam and sitting, and the unsuccessful result. You may redact unrelated results, your address, full candidate numbers, barcodes, QR codes and other information we do not need.
We may ask for reasonable additional information if we need it to verify your claim.
What you’ll receive
An approved claim gives you three calendar months of complimentary Qualifico access for the same qualification, so you can prepare for your next attempt.
The complimentary period has no cash alternative and is not a refund or credit for subscription charges or unused paid time.
It does not change or cancel an existing Apple or Stripe subscription. If you do not want your paid subscription to renew, you must cancel it through Apple Subscriptions or Qualifico’s web subscription management. Where paid access remains, the complimentary period begins after the current paid-through period ends, or when your claim is approved if later. We’ll confirm your start and end dates.
A note about Predicted Score
Your Predicted Score is a study estimate based on your recent qualifying scored activity and syllabus coverage. It is a readiness measure, not a promise or scientific prediction of your official examination result.
Where a suitable fixed or published pass mark is not available, Qualifico may use a clearly stated Qualifico Target Score for that exam.
Important details
- Our Pass Promise applies only to eligible individual paid subscriptions. Employer-funded or employer-provided access does not qualify.
- Complimentary, promotional and other non-personal access does not qualify.
- The recommended limit is one successful Pass Promise claim per learner for each supported exam.
- Complimentary access awarded through Our Pass Promise does not create another Pass Promise entitlement.
- Claims must be genuine. We may refuse a claim where information or evidence has been altered, manipulated or is materially false.
- Our Pass Promise provides additional Qualifico access only. It is not insurance, cash back or a guarantee that you will pass.
