• the Qualifico mobile and browser application (“App”)

• related services and content (“Services”)

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility The Services are intended for users aged 13+. If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent/guardian.

3. Accounts You may need an account to access features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Subscriptions, billing and refunds App Store subscriptions (iOS) If you purchase a subscription through Apple, payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple under their processes. Apple provides instructions for cancelling subscriptions and requesting refunds. Employer / invoiced plans If your organisation purchases access via invoice or contract, those terms are governed by a separate business agreement.

5. Educational content and disclaimers Qualifico is an educational tool designed to support learning. We do not guarantee any specific exam result or pass outcome. The Services do not provide professional advice (legal, financial, medical, etc.). You should rely on official qualification providers for definitive rules, exam regulations and syllabus requirements.

6. Acceptable use You agree not to: o misuse the Services (e.g. hacking, scraping, disrupting systems) o upload unlawful, harmful, or abusive material o infringe intellectual property rights o share answer keys or copyrighted exam material unlawfully o attempt to reverse engineer the App or Services (except where permitted by law)

7. Intellectual property All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software are owned by Qualifico or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content unless we explicitly permit it.

8. User content and feedback If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us permission to use them to improve the Services (without obligation to compensate you), unless prohibited by law. If you upload content, you confirm you have the rights to do so and it does not violate others’ rights.

9. Changes to the Services We may update or change features for quality, security, legal compliance or product improvement. We may also suspend or withdraw parts of the Services if required.

10. Limitation of liability Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: • indirect or consequential losses • losses arising from reliance on educational content without verification • outages or interruptions beyond our reasonable control

11. Termination You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you seriously breach these Terms.

12. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law applies.
